This blog is maintained by Celeste Mari, also known as Elizabeth/Elsie to many friends. I am recently graduated from the University of Florida, now living in Long Beach, CA working on my culinary career as a chef, while trying to start my own dog treat business. My future husband and I have just started taking sailing lessons and are searching for the perfect boat to live on for the next few years. We are considering doing some major traveling on the high seas (hence the alias above) and are also considering starting a family soon. You never know what we’ll get ourselves into!
